Fruit Tart

My mom always bought fruit tarts for me, because they are one of my absolute favorite desserts. Actually I've eaten it for breakfast...Delicious and the sugar intake will surely give you a jump start, especially on Monday mornings, haha.

Well, I just couldn't find any good bakeries with fruit tarts where I lived (I have since moved), so I decided to make my own. It came out so good. Unfortunately, I have lost the recipe. So SAD. I think I went to TheRepressedPastryChef's blog for the original recipe, or maybe I didn't..but I have modified some recipe out there in the blogosphere to my liking....What a shame!
